Shipping Policy 

Dispatch and Delivery

  • Orders dispatch within 1–3 business days of confirmation.

  • Typical delivery: 3–7 working days, depending on destination.

  • Tracking details are auto-emailed/SMS once shipped.
     

Charges & Coverage

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, appear during checkout.

  • Free-shipping thresholds may change without prior notice.

  • Service currently limited to India; international delivery will be announced later.
     

Non-Delivery & Reshipment
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, reshipping charges will apply. The company bears no liability for delays beyond its control.

Packaging Integrity
Every parcel is tamper-sealed. Do not accept a package with visible damage; instead, report immediately to order@cottonexclusive.in within 24 hours.
 
Self shipping for return orders:
In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to our registered adaress send to you over mail.
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the RMA no, Order ID  and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India

Force Majeure
Cotton Exclusive is not responsible for delays arising from natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen courier disruptions.
