Exchange Policy
Scope
This policy governs all exchange requests for products purchased through www.cottonexclusive.com. Cotton Exclusive does not accept returns; limited exchanges are permitted under the terms below.
Eligibility Criteria

Applicable only to domestic orders placed on the official website.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original packaging, invoice, and tags intact.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery at order@cottonexclusive.in with order ID and product photographs.

A non-refundable ₹100 processing charge per item applies.

Exchange not accepted for:
• Colour or texture variations due to lighting/screen differences
• Subjective preferences on fit or fabric feel
• Minor weaving irregularities typical of hand-finished cotton
Procedure

Submit the request email within 48 hours; an RMA number will be issued.

Our courier partner will arrange reverse pick-up where available; otherwise the customer must self-ship securely to our registered address.

Mention RMA No., Order ID and registered mobile number on the parcel.

On receipt, the product undergoes Quality Inspection (QI) within 48 hours. If approved, the replacement dispatches within 24–48 business hours.

Each order qualifies for one exchange cycle only.
Force Majeure
Exchanges may be delayed or suspended in case of pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, or logistics shutdowns. Cotton Exclusive shall not be liable for such delays.
Disclaimer
Cotton Exclusive reserves absolute discretion to approve or decline exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
