Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellations

COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement by emailing order@cottonexclusive.com
-
Prepaid orders are non-cancellable once processed.

No cancellation is accepted after dispatch status.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
Cotton Exclusive may cancel an order wholly or partly due to:

Stock unavailability or raw-material shortage
-
Pricing or typographical error
-
High-risk/fraudulent payment flagged by RazorPay or internal systems
-
Force majeure events or operational constraints
Arbitration Clause
Any dispute regarding order cancellation shall first be referred to sole arbitration in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 before any court action.
💳 Refund Policy
General Principle
All sales are final. No monetary refunds are provided once an order has been delivered.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued only if:

An order was cancelled by Cotton Exclusive before dispatch;

The transaction failed but payment was captured;
-
A wrong or damaged item (verified by internal inspection) was delivered and exchange is impossible.
Refund on Cancellation : Approved refunds (rare cases before dispatch) are processed via RazorPay to the original payment source within 7–10 working days, net of gateway charges.
Refund Process

Refunds are routed exclusively through RazorPay to the same payment instrument within 7–10 working days.

No cash or wallet refund will be entertained.

Gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Cotton Exclusive’s liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the concerned product.
