Wash Care Instructions
Hand wash separately in cold water using a mild, pH‑neutral detergent; avoid bleach and optical brighteners. Turn kurta and bottom inside out; place delicate dupatta in a mesh bag. Do not scrub, wring, or soak beyond 10–15 minutes; rinse well and gently squeeze out water.
Dry in shade, flat or on padded hangers; avoid tumble dry and direct sun. Iron inside out on medium heat while slightly damp; use a press cloth over prints or embroidery. Blot stains promptly and spot‑clean in cold water. For heavy embroidery or mixed fabrics, prefer professional dry cleaning for the first few cleans.
EXCHANGE POLICY

Before dispatching the orders, we undertake multi-layer quality checks to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. But in case, you are unsatisfied with the order item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not accept order returns at the moment.
Exchange eligibility: We only offer an exchange for domestic orders. The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.
We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its color, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display setting, colors, etc., there might be a slight color difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under color difference, fabric material, quality, etc.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:
You can raise the exchange query here With in 72 Hours of Delivery.An amount of 200 Rs. (per exchange) will be charged to process your exchange.
If you have received a damaged product or completely incorrect product, please contact us via mail (order@cottonexclusive.in) with 72 hours of delivery.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 24-48 working hours.
Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be entertained.

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
PLEASE NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer you the ease of cancellation of your COD orders within 24 hours of order placement. Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

We also reserve the right to cancel or not accept certain customer orders due to various reasons that may include reasons such as unavailability of fabrics/raw materials, wrong product listing or pricing on the website, and intimation by our analytics team for payment-related or fraudulent practices issues, etc. Our decision to accept or cancel shall remain final and binding.
REFUND POLICY
Cotton Exclusive does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items. You may refer to the same under ‘Exchange & Cancelation Policy’ on our website.
